Return and Refund Policy

 We appreciate your business, and we look forward to helping you again in the future.  1. All Sales Orders are valid for TEN DAYS ONLY (except on special order materials). After 10 days, materials will be returned to inventory and the Sales Order canceled.  2. There is 25% Restocking Fee on all materials.  3. $25.00 Late Fees will be applied per billing cycle on all delinquent accounts.  4. Approved returns will result in store credit only - no credit card / cash refunds allowed.  5. There will be a 3% charge fee on all credit card transactions.  6. No refunds on special order products 7. We ONLY deliver to a garage/ carport. We will not deliver inside the home per business policy.   8. Shipping takes 10-14 business days for product to arrive.  9. Close Out/ Mark Down products are "as is" and no refund will be issued.
